Why Me?

I’m Natalie Ferguson, founder of AI-Powered, CPD Certified AI Consultant, and member of the International Association of AI Consultants. My journey started in science—30 years as a hydrogeologist, exploring water resource development, hydrology, and sustainability across the Caribbean. Alongside that, I’ve spent years leading training and facilitation, helping communities, professionals, and agencies apply knowledge in ways that create real impact.

That blend—scientific rigor and practical communication—shapes how I approach AI today. Whether I’m supporting a business with digital tools, helping a ministry use AI to reach more people, or designing data-driven solutions for research teams, I bring science, creativity, and strategy together to deliver results.

Academic & Professional Foundations

My career has been built on both academic training and practical experience. I hold a BSc in Geology, an MSc in Environmental Systems Analysis and Monitoring, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Hydrogeology. More recently, I became a CPD Certified AI Consultant, equipping me to guide individuals, organizations, and ministries in using AI wisely and effectively.

They taught me how to look at problems from every angle, search for patterns, and create pathways forward. Today, I use that same mindset with AI, turning complex systems into tools that serve people.
